Megan & Adam | Married! 07.03.11 | Anthony’s Pier 4 Wedding | Boston Wedding Photographer

This is Megan and Adam! They were married at Anthony’s Pier 4 in South Boston, which is a pretty incredible spot if you ask me. The room where the ceremony took place had an incredible view of the bay and the Boston skyline, there was fantastic food, and the whole atmosphere was extremely classy while still being laid-back. They had a beautiful ceremony, and once the reception got started there was some CRAZY dancing — always my favorite! Adam also brought along his 1970 Buick LeSabre, so we obviously got a few shots with it.  😉 Enjoy!

Kimmie & Joe | Married! 12.31.10 | Boston Wedding Photographer

Kimmie and Joe… words can’t even describe this couple! I think the fact that they were married on New Year’s Eve at the Westin Copley Place in Boston says it all. These two are completely fearless, madly in love, and they know how to party. What more could you ask for? They even wanted some photos outside, over by the library, while a ROCKING New Year’s Eve party was happening. There was a barricade up, but Kimmie worked her charm and got them to let us past it so they could dance for the entire crowd — all while I was taking photos. Awesome, awesome night! Enjoy!

Jessica & Stewart | Married! 12.03.10

This, my lovelies, is Jessica & Stewart. Not to be biased or anything, but… they’re one of my favorite couples ever. EVER. I first heard from Jessica back in June of 2010 and she sounded like my twin… then we met in July and confirmed it. At the time she was planning a full-on destination wedding — in the Caribbean and everything! Then that shrank down to a wedding in Vinalhaven… then a wedding on the “main land” in Camden… and then to an elopement in Cape Elizabeth at the Inn by the Sea.  😉 It’s a super gorgeous location by the way, and they have amazing elopement packages, so… if any of you brides are contemplating just ditching the whole fluff of a giant wedding and running away with your sweetheart… well, do it and don’t look back! Jessica had NO regrets about their decision and I think she’d highly recommend it. Anyways… they were able to splurge on some amazingly beautiful details for the day, so enjoy looking.  🙂

Natasha ready to rock n' roll!

Shellee & Nick | Married! 11.27.10

Okay, Shellee and Nick were technically married on November 5th in the Bahamas… but they decided to have a reception at home for all of their friends and family who weren’t present at the actual wedding! It was interesting to ONLY have the reception to cover — no ceremony, no exchanging of rings, no readings. JUST the party! They held their celebration at the Wyndham in South Portland — only about 15 minutes from home for me — and it was a blast! They had Christmas-themed decorations, which I was in love with. Lots of pine cones, a gingerbread card house, and a Christmas tree all lit up to put presents under. Charming. 🙂 OH, and check out Shellee’s shoes — she hand-jeweled BOTH pairs herself!

Kathleen & Matt | Married! 10.23.10

This is the awesome Kathleen & Matt. They were married in Christopher Columbus Park in the North End of Boston on a freakishly warm October day! It was windy, for sure, but the sun was shining and the trees (and Kathleen!) were stunning. I spent a couple hours with Kathleen and her two sisters before the wedding, capturing some shots of them getting ready in their (amazing) room in the Millenium Bostonian Hotel — their room had a freaking balcony with an amazing view of Faneuil Hall. Gorgeous! Their ceremony was beautiful (and hilarious), and then we, naturally, stopped by the carousel for some action shots (I’m not sure if Kathleen was more excited for the wedding or the carousel!). The reception was at Rabia’s, which was just a quick walk… and Kathleen got all kinds of compliments, cheers and claps on the way.  😉 Enjoy!

Jen & Justin | Married! 10.02.10

Where do I even begin? Jen & Justin are one of the most laid-back, hilarious, badass couples I’ve ever met. We did their engagement shoot just a couple days before their actual wedding, but I felt like I’d known them for years. They were married at First Parish Church (Unitarian Universalist) in Portland, Maine, and the reception was in the gorgeous Eastland Park Hotel. We did formals both before and after the ceremony in the charming little garden adjacent to the church and it was the perfect spot… filled with nature, and the cutest little red bench! We also did some shots in front of the church, which was amazing with the awesome red doors! Their ceremony was filled with smiles and laughter and the reception was very emotional — and very FUN, with so much freaking dancing that I was sad to leave!! Some other vendors that were involved: Hair for Jen and her bridesmaids was done by Cheryl Peaslee; make-up for the ladies was done by Hannah Bitjoka; ceremony pianist was D.J. Morrow; DJ was Bill Lyons of B B Experience; officiant was Norman Shaw; cake was done by Two Fat Cats Bakery; florist was Harmons & Bartons; videographer was Shea Murphy of Fat Sheamus Productions; bus company was VIP Bus Tours!

Enjoy the photos!
