Megan & Adam | Married! 07.03.11 | Anthony’s Pier 4 Wedding | Boston Wedding Photographer

This is Megan and Adam! They were married at Anthony’s Pier 4 in South Boston, which is a pretty incredible spot if you ask me. The room where the ceremony took place had an incredible view of the bay and the Boston skyline, there was fantastic food, and the whole atmosphere was extremely classy while still being laid-back. They had a beautiful ceremony, and once the reception got started there was some CRAZY dancing — always my favorite! Adam also brought along his 1970 Buick LeSabre, so we obviously got a few shots with it.Β  πŸ˜‰ Enjoy!

Ana & Josue | Married! 02.26.11 | Rhode Island Wedding Photographer!

This is Ana & Josue! They were married on February 26th on a gorgeous (but COLD) day! Their ceremony took place at St. Theresa’s Church in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and their reception was at the Cranston Portugese Club in Cranston, Rhode Island. They had the biggest wedding party I’ve ever seen, by far: THIRTY-SIX people total. Oh yeah. 36. THIRTY. SIX. Eighteen on each side. And yet we managed to get the formal photos done in record time! Enjoy.

Kimmie & Joe | Married! 12.31.10 | Boston Wedding Photographer

Kimmie and Joe… words can’t even describe this couple! I think the fact that they were married on New Year’s Eve at the Westin Copley Place in Boston says it all. These two are completely fearless, madly in love, and they know how to party. What more could you ask for? They even wanted some photos outside, over by the library, while a ROCKING New Year’s Eve party was happening. There was a barricade up, but Kimmie worked her charm and got them to let us past it so they could dance for the entire crowd — all while I was taking photos. Awesome, awesome night! Enjoy!

Tina & Kirk | Married! 12.13.10 | New Hampshire Wedding Photographer

For you to behold… Tina and Kirk! One of the most hilarious, laid-back couples I’ve ever met, and I’m not just sayin’ that. They were married at St. Patrick’s Church in Milford, New Hampshire (and the priest who married them was a priest at my church growing up! Small world!) and their reception was held at Crowne Plaza in Nashua, New Hampshire. It was an extremely casual and stress-free day, which is always a rare thing to witness, and the love between Tina and Kirk was absolutely palpable. The way he looked at her just melted my heart – he was so gentle and sweet, both with her and their children. Beautiful. Enjoy!

Janelle & Andy | Married! 12.12.10

Say hi to Janelle and Andy! They are super cute and were technically married before this… so this is more of a “wedding-style anniversary party”. Woo! They held the party at The Holiday Inn in Boxborough, MA. This particular Holiday Inn has an amazing area with tons of plants, trees and a waterfall — as well as an indoor gazebo — so it was an interesting setting to say the least! They are an extremely fun and laid-back couple, and theyΒ  had an awesome (and very appropriate) cake topper. Enjoy!

Kate & Kyle | Married! 12.11.10

This, my friends, is Kate and Kyle. Kate and I have known each other since highschool and I was honored to photograph their wedding this past December. They were married at The Portland Club right on State St in Portland, Maine (just like Alexandra and Scott!) and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite venues. It’s just very cute and homey… you feel all warm and fuzzy when you’re in there, especially when it’s all decked out in Christmas decorations. Very cozy. Kate and Kyle had an awesome BAGPIPE PLAYER during their ceremony, which was a first for me, and the whole wedding day had a very exciting energy about it. Enjoy!

Jessica & Stewart | Married! 12.03.10

This, my lovelies, is Jessica & Stewart. Not to be biased or anything, but… they’re one of my favorite couples ever. EVER. I first heard from Jessica back in June of 2010 and she sounded like my twin… then we met in July and confirmed it. At the time she was planning a full-on destination wedding — in the Caribbean and everything! Then that shrank down to a wedding in Vinalhaven… then a wedding on the “main land” in Camden… and then to an elopement in Cape Elizabeth at the Inn by the Sea.Β  πŸ˜‰ It’s a super gorgeous location by the way, and they have amazing elopement packages, so… if any of you brides are contemplating just ditching the whole fluff of a giant wedding and running away with your sweetheart… well, do it and don’t look back! Jessica had NO regrets about their decision and I think she’d highly recommend it. Anyways… they were able to splurge on some amazingly beautiful details for the day, so enjoy looking.Β  πŸ™‚

Shellee & Nick | Married! 11.27.10

Okay, Shellee and Nick were technically married on November 5th in the Bahamas… but they decided to have a reception at home for all of their friends and family who weren’t present at the actual wedding! It was interesting to ONLY have the reception to cover — no ceremony, no exchanging of rings, no readings. JUST the party! They held their celebration at the Wyndham in South Portland — only about 15 minutes from home for me — and it was a blast! They had Christmas-themed decorations, which I was in love with. Lots of pine cones, a gingerbread card house, and a Christmas tree all lit up to put presents under. Charming. πŸ™‚ OH, and check out Shellee’s shoes — she hand-jeweled BOTH pairs herself!

Alexandra & Scott | Married! 11.06.10

This, my friends, is Alexandra & Scott. An absolutely beautiful couple who were married at The Portland Club back in November! They had both their ceremony and reception there, so it was an easy day as far as travel goes. I actually grew up in Portland (and only live 15 minutes away), so that’s always a good thing! Alexandra was a beautiful bride, and amazingly relaxed beforehand. It’s not often that I see brides so laid-back and calm! We actually did the family formals upstairs in the hallway, and they are some of my favorite formals to date — though I guess it helps that their entire family is gorgeous! Enjoy!

The bride's awesome dad!

Kathleen & Matt | Married! 10.23.10

This is the awesome Kathleen & Matt. They were married in Christopher Columbus Park in the North End of Boston on a freakishly warm October day! It was windy, for sure, but the sun was shining and the trees (and Kathleen!) were stunning. I spent a couple hours with Kathleen and her two sisters before the wedding, capturing some shots of them getting ready in their (amazing) room in the Millenium Bostonian Hotel — their room had a freaking balcony with an amazing view of Faneuil Hall. Gorgeous! Their ceremony was beautiful (and hilarious), and then we, naturally, stopped by the carousel for some action shots (I’m not sure if Kathleen was more excited for the wedding or the carousel!). The reception was at Rabia’s, which was just a quick walk… and Kathleen got all kinds of compliments, cheers and claps on the way.Β  πŸ˜‰ Enjoy!
